Yoga Nidra

 

Also known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided practice that invites you into a state of conscious rest (state of theta). Practiced lying down, this class gently leads you through breath awareness, body scans and visualizations. NO experience is required to practice.

 

Though the body remains still, the mind is gently guided into a space between being awake and sleeping — where healing and clarity can occur through guidance. Yoga Nidra is known to reduce stress, improve sleep, and support emotional balance.
