Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient, therapeutic practice rooted in Yoga, Ayurvedic medicine and the Buddhist spiritual tradition. By means of breathing and pressure, passive stretching and rhythmic flow, Thai Yoga Massage boosts energy flow in the body, releases from tension and restores the balance in both body and mind.
The sessions are based on the principles of the traditional Thai massage practice, enhanced with Osteothai, CranioSacral therapy and biomatic anatomy techniques. Through light pressure, spiral movement, stretching and somatic dialogue, it helps cultivate proprioception and esoteric listening which support the body’s self-regulation.
